Vincenzo Furbini serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Verus Aerospace and joined the Company in 2025.
In his capacity as Chief Operating Officer, Vincenzo is responsible for leading the Company’s manufacturing operations, supply chain, quality, continuous improvement, and operational strategy. He works closely with the executive leadership team to drive operational excellence, support strategic growth initiatives, and optimize performance across Verus Aerospace’s global manufacturing operations.
Prior to joining Verus Aerospace, Vincenzo served as Chief Operating Officer of ADDMAN Engineering, where he led operations across six manufacturing facilities. Before ADDMAN Engineering, he held executive leadership positions with Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC), including Vice President, Multi-Site Vice President and General Manager, and General Manager, overseeing multi-site aerospace manufacturing operations across the United States and Mexico. Earlier in his career, Vincenzo held leadership roles with Alenia Aeronautica and Alenia Aermacchi, supporting global aerospace manufacturing, supply chain, and program management initiatives.
Vincenzo brings more than 24 years of global aerospace manufacturing leadership experience. He holds an Aerospace Engineering degree and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He has also completed executive leadership development programs through the University of Michigan.
