Tony Reis is the General Manager of Arden Engineering, located in Anaheim, CA. Tony joined Verus Aerospace in 2022 and has over 25 years of experience in managing business units through lean manufacturing principles with proven success in maximizing throughput while maintaining tight cost controls. Prior to Joining Verus Aerospace, Tony was Plant Manager for the California Division of TTX, a carpooling railroad company. Prior to joining TTX, Tony was with RBC Bearings, a manufacturer of aircraft bearings and fasteners from 1996 to 2016 and held numerous positions and started his career as Manufacturing Engineer and CNC Supervisor, moved on to Product Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Plant Manager, Director of Operations and General Manager.
Tony has an MBA from Sacred Heart University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut. Tony is APICS certified and has a Six Sigma Green and Black Belt Certification.
