Michelle Ambrose serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for Verus Aerospace and joined the Company in 2017.
In her capacity as Vice President of Human Resources, Michelle is responsible for leading the Company’s human resources strategy, including labor relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, compliance, organizational development, employee relations, and HR operations. She partners with executive leadership to align workforce strategy with business objectives while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.
Michelle joined Verus Aerospace in 2017 as a Human Resources Administrator and has advanced through roles of increasing responsibility. Throughout her tenure, she has led enterprise-wide HR initiatives, labor negotiations, HR systems implementations, compliance programs, and workforce planning across multi-state manufacturing operations.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from California State University, Fullerton. She is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), a Professional in Human Resources – California (PHRca), and has completed Cornell University’s Labor Relations Certificate Program.
