Joyce Pae serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Verus Aerospace and joined the Company in 2013.
In her capacity as Chief Financial Officer, Joyce is responsible for optimizing the financial performance of Verus Aerospace, including managing the company’s finances, financial planning, risk management, strategic planning, liquidity, bank/investor relations, financial reporting, and return on investment.
Joyce joined the Corporate Headquarters team as Vice President, Finance, in 2013. Before her current role, Joyce held positions of increasing responsibility at Synchronous Aerospace, Baxter International, PharMedium Healthcare Corporation, and DLC, Inc.
Joyce holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She also is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois.
