Joyce Pae serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Verus Aerospace and joined the Company in 2013.
In her capacity as Chief Financial Officer, Joyce is responsible for optimizing the financial performance of Verus Aerospace, including managing the company’s financial reporting and compliance, financial planning and strategy, risk management, cash flow management, bank/investor relations, and return on investment.
Before her current role, Joyce held positions of increasing responsibility at Precision Castparts Corp, Baxter International, PharMedium Healthcare, and DLC, Inc.
Joyce is an OCBJ (Orange County Business Journal) 2024 CFO of the year award winner.
Joyce holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois.
