Jaysa Stuhlsatz is the General Manager of Perfekta, located in Wichita, KS. Jaysa joined Verus Aerospace in 2026 and has over 20 years of aerospace manufacturing leadership experience with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, business growth, and continuous improvement across complex manufacturing organizations.
Prior to joining Verus Aerospace, Jaysa served as Director of Operations for Dynamic NC, where she led machining, fabrication, assembly, shipping, receiving, inventory, and production control while implementing operational improvements that increased productivity and reduced costs. Prior to Dynamic NC, Jaysa spent more than 15 years with Atlas Aerospace, where she progressed from Director of New Business to General Manager. During her tenure, she led significant organizational growth, established manufacturing operations in Mexico, implemented lean manufacturing initiatives, and successfully integrated major customer programs while improving quality, delivery, and operational performance.
Jaysa holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Systems Engineering, along with a Business minor, from Kansas State University.
