Jason Webby is the General Manager of Precision Machine Works, located in Tacoma, WA. Jason joined Precision Machine Works in 2014 as the company’s IT Manager and has over 15 years of experience leading information technology, business systems, and manufacturing operations. Since joining the organization, he has played a key role in modernizing infrastructure, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the company’s continued growth.
In 2019, Jason was promoted to Vice President and General Manager, where he expanded his responsibilities to include operational leadership and strategic planning. In 2023, he assumed full responsibility as General Manager, overseeing all aspects of Precision Machine Works’ operations while continuing to drive process improvements, technology integration, and organizational growth. Prior to joining Precision Machine Works, Jason held positions in network administration and systems support, developing expertise in enterprise systems, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business technology solutions.
Jason holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from Universal Technical Institute and has completed advanced education in Network/Desktop Support, Systems Administration, and SQL Server Administration.
